Replies sought in plea against school trips
JUSTICE Ijazul Ahsan of the Lahore High Court on Monday sought replies from the federal and Punjab governments on a writ petition seeking an order to restrain all schools from taking students of less than 10-year-old out of city on recreational trips.
After hearing initial arguments of the petitioner, the judge directed a deputy attorney general and an assistant advocate general to seek replies from the governments and submit the same in the court
