Islamabad There was thin attendance in offices and educational institutions of federal capital on first working day on Thursday after Eidul Azha holidays.
Majority of the residents, who had gone to their hometowns to enjoy Eid festivities, have not yet returned and will avail holidays till November 13.
The capital becomes a deserted city on every Eid as most of its residents, who belong to different parts of the country, leave it for their hometown to have a good time with their loved
