Nursing students against Nursing Board’s refusal move Sindh High Court for appearing in exam
KARACHI division bench of Sindh High Court (SHC) Tuesday issued notices in a petition filed by 13 Nursing students against Nursing Board’s refusal to enroll them for appearing in 1st year examination.The bench comprising Chief Justice of SHC Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi issued notices to respondents Secretary Health Sindh, Registrar Pakistan Nursing Council, Director Nursing Board, Administrator of Burraq School of Nursing, federal and provincial law officers.The students
