LAHORE Pakistan Air Force Academy, Risalpur, on Thursday lifted the 31st All Pakistan Allama Muhammad Iqbal Bilingual Declamation Contest trophy, hosted by the Government College University Debating Society.
Lahore School of Economics orator Saad Sohail was declared the best English speaker of the event and awarded the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Medal and a cash prize of Rs25,000.
