Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education appoints computer programmer

Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Rawalpindi, has appointed a new computer programmer in 17-grade allegedly without the approval of Board of Governors and any advertisement.
