Rawalpindi The higher officials of the Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (RBISE) have issued the directives for shifting of the board office in its new under-construction building in Morgah allegedly to facilitate the construction company.
The new building of RBISE is still under-construction and not unable to provide working environment to the employees of the board because there is no electricity, Sui gas connection in the building and even the drinking water is not
