SHC seeks report on encroachments on school land
The Sindh High Court (SHC) directed the provincial law officer on Saturday to call a report from the authority concerned on what action was taken against unauthorised constructions allegedly raised by an MNA on land for a girls’ primary school in Thatta district.
A division bench, comprising Chief Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Ahmed Ali M Sheikh, passed issued this order after perusing an inspection report submitted by the District Judge,
