ISLAMABAD The Pakistan Science Foundation and Unesco will jointly organise events at the federal and provincial levels to observe World Science Day for Peace and Development on Thursday.
This year’s theme focuses on the role of science: ‘Towards green societies: equity, inclusiveness and participation’. As part of the celebrations, a public lecture will also be addressed by scientists within the context of celebrating 2011 as the International Year of Chemistry.
