KARACHI - With artistic, cultural, literary and educational programmes held throughout the year, the Arts Council of Pakistan (ACP) portrays a soft image of the city of Karachi to the world, said Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Administrator Muhammad Hussain Syed.
He expressed these views while talking to an ACP delegation which called on him at his office on Wednesday.
Earlier, Syed had handed over the annual grant check to ACP President Ahmed Shah.
