LAHORE: Punjab University (PU) Academic Staff Association (ASA) 2011 President Dr Maher Saeed Akhtar and Secretary Iftikhar Tarar slammed the Vice Chancellor Search Committee’s nominations for the post of PU VC, in a press conference held at the Lahore Press Club on Friday.
Both the officials strongly condemned the search committee and their recommended names.
They alleged that the PU VC had been involved in mismanagements, hence, was not capable to handle the university’s affairs.
