Blatant errors in textbook of chemistry for 9th grade

The textbook of Chemistry (English medium) for 9th grade being taught at government and private schools across Punjab is a perfect example of apathetic attitude of those at the helm as the book contains a large number of serious and blatant mistakes.
One wonders that how the review and selection committees and senior officials of the Punjab Textbook Board (PTB), which outsourced the book development to the private sector,
