Call to appoint PU VC on merit
LAHORE
THE Insaaf Student Federation (ISF) has asked the Punjab government to appoint Vice Chancellor of Punjab University on merit while ignoring favouritism. ISF Punjab President Farrukh Habib and ISF Lahore President Mohammad Usman stated that the government should appoint Punjab University VC on merit from the list which had been sent to CM for approval. They warned if the Punjab government ignored the merit then they would launch a strike against it.
