The Chinese New Year (4710) begins today (Monday, January 23rd), and to celebrate the occasion, the General Manager Marriott Hotel and Mrs Noack hosted a reception which was held — you guessed it — at the Dynasty Restaurant, which serves Chinese cuisine.
The event was attended by many of its regular clientele including diplomats and Chinese nationals. Spotted among the guests were the ambassador of Argentina and Mrs Rodolfo Martin-Saravia; the high commissioner of Canada and Mrs Hynes;
