LAHORE: (Sunday, January 29, 2012): Punjab University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran has stated that the punishment of illiteracy and ignorance was slavery and it also caused collective deaths. There was a game of power, knowledge and money. Knowledge and power were must for respectable survival in the world and knowledge was the headspring of wealth and power.
He expressed these views while addressing orientation ceremony for newly-admitted students of MBA (Evening) Banking & Finance
