An ASI and an ambulance driver, who were assigned to take a body to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), dumped the corpse in the Gizri police limits in order to avoid the cumbersome process of legal formalities. They were booked on Wednesday on the charges of disrespecting the body.
According to SHO KIA police station Amjad Kyani, they recovered a body from bushes behind the under-construction Shaukat Khanum Hospital in Qayyumabad.
