PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court on Tuesday restored merger of various academic centres with the University of Peshawar (UoP).
A two-member bench comprising Justice Attaullah Khan and Justice Mian Fasihul Mulk also suspended the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s notification in which it had
directed the UoP to withdraw its notice about merger of academic centres with the university.
After suspension of the UoP notification the merger of the academic centres including the Area Study
