Dear doctors, mind your writing

Noor Bibi got her thyroid tumour removed some years back. After the operation, her doctor prescribed her a dose of Thyroxin for lifetime - a vital drug for people living without thyroid glands. She bought the drug from a chemist and lost the prescription. Then, for two years, she would get the medicine from the drugstore showing the empty bottle of the medicine.
