The Lahore High Court on Wednesday directed Dr Mugheesud Din Sheikh to file rejoinder to his petition challenging giving acting charge to Dr Mujahid Kamran as vice-chancellor of the Punjab University.
Justice Sheikh Ahmed Farooq issued this order after counsel for Dr Kamran on Wednesday submitted that the Punjab chief minister had approved the summary for appointment of Dr Mujahid Kamran as the vice chancellor. Terming it a policy matter that could not be dragged into the court, he requested
