MANSEHRA,The district development advisory committee (DDAC) has demanded of the Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority to complete the health and education schemes without any delay.
`It is regrettable that the Erra could not start reconstruction work on 600 schools and numerous basic health units in the district, depriving a large number of people of education and health services since the 2005 earthquake,` said MPA Habibur Rehman Tanoli while chairing the DDAC meeting here
