Govt to allocate land for wind power projects

A joint survey team of the government of Sindh and the Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB) has identified 5,000 acres of land for allocation to eligible wind power projects to generate an accumulative 1,322 megawatts of power in Thatta and Jamshoro, it was learnt by The News on Sunday.
This is an initial allocation of land, which may be increased as per demand from time to time.Official sources said that the Secretary of Board
