LAHORE - An application has been moved in the Lahore High Court challenging the appointment of Dr Mujahid Kamran as the Punjab University (PU) Acting Vice-Chancellor (VC) following his retirement from the post on January 2.
The civil miscellaneous application was filed by Dr Mughees-ud-Din, a candidate for the vice-chancellor position, through his counsel Asad Manzoor Butt.
His petition called for a restraining order against Kamran’s appointment to the post. The petitioner contended that
