LAHORE - Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief justice on Tuesday allowed a lawyer to amend his petition, seeking abolition of un-Islamic laws and implementation of laws of Shariah in the country in the light of Objective Resolution.
CJ Azmat Saeed was hearing a petition filed by Ghazi Illumuddin Advocate, calling in question the un-Islamic element in the constitution that gives impunity to prime Minister and president of Pakistan. The petitioner sought a court order to abolish all un-Islamic laws
