LAHORE - The Lahore High Court on Friday adjourned till January 18 a petition challenging the appointment of Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran as the Punjab University acting vice chancellor after his retirement as VC on January 2.
Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq was hearing the petition filed by Dr Mughees-ud-Din, a candidate for the slot of VC, who had impleaded the Higher Education Commission secretary, the principal secretary to the chief minister and others as respondents.
