LAKKI MARWAT: Gross irregularities have been unearthed in the appointment of teachers and other staff in the Education Department in the district.
According to the copies of the appointment orders available with The News, the vacancies of teachers (male and female), junior clerks and Class-IV employees were advertised time and again from 2008 until 2011.
Written test and interviews were conducted but most of the vacant posts were distributed among the family members of the department
