Imtiaz Ahmed Sheikh, PML-F leader and adviser to the chief minister on special education, will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Family Education Services Foundation to upgrade special education. Talking to journalists in his office on Thursday, he said the MoU would ensure high quality education all over Sindh. Shiekh said that to provide quality education different NGOs with special children would be contacted and provided special cards to facilitate learning. He
