Book on Women, War and Bangladesh launched
KARACHI The Oxford University Press, Pakistan has recently launched a book entitled ‘Women, War and the Making of Bangladesh- Remembering 1971’ at a graceful ceremony, held at a local hotel.
The author of the book was Yasmin Saikia. During conversation with renowned literary person Asif Farrukhi, she talked about the content of book in which she described the occurrence of Bangladesh, the former ‘East Pakistan’ in detail.
