DIR: The Pakistan Army has finalised arrangements for a festival in the border region of Upper Dir to provide people entertainment, the first of its kind in this remote district.
The two-day festival named “Dir Winter Snow Festival” will be launched in Shahi area on January 28 and would end on January 29. Many activities and games will be arranged, including skiing, snow-related game that has never been held in Upper Dir in an organised manner.
