DECISION makers will today be urged to push ahead with a £3.5m development to ensure a Welsh-medium school is ready for Year 7 pupils by September 2013.
In a report, Caerphilly Council’s assistant director of education Bleddyn Hopkins says the Welsh Government has yet to sanction the first phase of new provision for pupils aged 11 to 16 at the St Ilan site.
