Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq of the Lahore High Court on Friday postponed for January 18 the hearing of an application challenging PU former vice chancellor Mujahid Kamran’s appointment as the varsity’s acting VC.
The judge on January 2 had directed the acting vice-chancellor to personally appear. Dr Mujahid Kamran appeared on Friday and sought time to file the reply. The judge accepted his request and deferred the hearing. Dr Mughees-ud-Din, a candidate for the slot of VC, had
