THE under-training Elite Police Force officials should prove themselves as true proctors of the people of Punjab after completing their training. This was said by Punjab Inspector General of Police (IGP) Javed Iqbal while addressing the under training Jawans of Elite Police Force at the Elite Police Training School, Bedian, Lahore, on Thursday.
