The Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) has disconnected electric supply to various government colleges of the city under a “Final disconnection notice” it served to the Directorate College Karachi last month for an outstanding amount of Rs26,056,837 pertaining to electricity dues of government-run colleges of the metropolis.
The notice sent by General-Manager Public Sector Consumers of the KESC, dated December 17, 2011, read that a sum of Rs26,056,837 has been accumulated
