LAHORE: (Friday, January 27, 2012): Punjab University football team has won the Procter & Gamble (P&G) University Football Challenge by defeating NUCES-FAST by 3-0 goals. Qayyum Furqan of Institute of Chemical Engineering & Technology led the team. Teams from 8 universities including LUMS, FAST, LSE, PU, Iqra University, UET, GIKI participated in the event. HR Manager (P&G) Sheraz awarded prize money of Rs. 25,000 and winning shield to the captain of winning team.
