Punjab University (PU) administration has submitted a detailed reply to the Chief Minister’s Secretariat regarding complaint about violation in selection of lecturers at the varsity’s Institute of Communication Studies (ICS).
Khalid Rashid, a lecturer working on contract basis at the ICS, had written to the CM Secretariat, alleging that merit was violated in appointment of lecturers at the institute recently.
