The Sindh High Court (SHC) issued notices to a mosque administration, the deputy-commissioner and others on an application of Karachi University (KU) against illegal occupation of university land.
The KU’s counsel submitted in an application that one Pir Abdullah constructed a mosque on the land of Karachi University without permission and prayed the court to issue injunction against such construction on university land as the land in question was the property of KU.
