When someone does well in an undertaking, whether it is sports, education, a job or any other activity, which requires an effort by mind or body, it is gratifying and encouraging if they are recognised by their peers or superiors. Students specially appreciate this recognition and are motivated to excel even further in their endeavour to bring a good name to their institution and make their parents proud.
