Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Farkhand Iqbal strongly denied having entered into any contract with any foreign company for the supply of LED lights to replace the existing once in the federal capital.
Speaking at a press briefing at the executive block of the CDA Thursday afternoon, the CDA chairman vehemently refuted the allegations of kickbacks to the tune of Rs6 billion, as was alleged in a report aired by a private TV channel Thursday night.
