ISLAMABAD, The long-awaited notification for upgradation of teachers working under the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) is likely to be issued on Monday.
Spokesman for Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) Rafique Tahir said around 1,700 teachers would be promoted from Grade 16 to 17.
Considering such a large number, the notification might be issued in phases on Monday and Tuesday, he added.
The upgradation was part of the package announced by the prime minister
