An Urdu quarterly titled ‘Ijmal’ is being labeled by some as being to be too bold in the manner with which it discusses literary issues. The publication has rejected and criticized several big names in Urdu literary circles such as Ahmed Nadeem Qasimi.
Though this is just the second issue of the quarterly magazine, it features a variety of writings, poetry and short stories along with detailed discussions on modern trends and methodologies being applied in literature.
