ISLAMABAD - Senior baboos in CADD, the newly created Division of the Federal government and powerful vested interests in the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) are flouting Prime Minister’s January 2011 directives about upgradation of teachers working in the so-called Model Colleges (MCs) in Islamabad.
