Mentioning wrong date in the notification regarding one grade upgradation of 1,046 teachers working under Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) was not a mistake but a deliberate step that is why the officials of Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) are still hesitant to issue revised notification for implementation of this package from January 2011, the sources said on Monday.
