ISLAMABAD, Feb 19: Employees working in educational institutions of the capital are facing immense financial hardship as the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) has failed to pay them the ceiling allowance for the last over two years, it has been learnt. As the cases remained pending, the directorate now needs almost Rs1 billion to clear the claims.
