Hamza Shahbaz gives away gold medals to toppers during convocation ceremony at Hailey College of Commerce
LAHORE: (Wednesday, February 15, 2012): Punjab University Hailey College of Commerce (HCC) organized Convocation 2011 ceremony in College’s lawn here at New Campus on Wednesday. Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran presided over the ceremony while Member National Hamza Shahbaz was the chief guest on the occasion.
