THE Lahore High Court on Thursday issued pre-admission notice for February 8 to the Punjab government and others on a petition, challenging reappointment of Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran as Punjab University vice- chancellor.
Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq issued notice on a plea filed by Prof Dr Yousaf Hayat, a contender for the slot, impleading the Punjab governor, Punjab chief minister, Punjab Higher Education Department and PU registrar.
