Lahore High Court seeks assistance in Young Doctors Association case
LAHORE, Feb 16: The Lahore High Court on Thursday issued notices for Feb 22 to the Pakistan Medical Association, the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, and the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan on an application seeking contempt proceedings against the activists of the Young Doctors Association for observing strike. The court also issued notice to the Punjab government.
Justice Umar Ata Bandial passed the order on an application filed by the Judicial Activism Panel
