Ajoka Theatre, in collaboration with Lahore Arts Council, will stage a play ‘Rozan-e-Zindan Se’, based on the letters of Faiz Ahmad Faiz and his wife Alys they wrote to each other during the poet’s imprisonment, on 13th, 14th & 15th February at 7pm at Alhamra Art Center, The Mall.
The play is directed by Madeeha Gauhar, with selection and editing by Shahid Nadeem and performed by Naeem Tahir and Yasmin Tahir. The choreography and dances are by Nighat Chauhdary and Wahab Shah.
