A DIVISION bench of Lahore High Court on Thursday reserved the judgment on a petition, challenging re-appointment of Malik Hussain Mubashar as vice chancellor of the University of Health Sciences (UHS).
A citizen, Muhammad Sajjad, filed the petition and his counsel Nasir Mehmood Qureshi submitted that the UHS was an autonomous body which was established under “The University of Health Sciences, Lahore Ordinance, 2002.”
