The administration of Rawalpindi Medical College and allied hospitals has completed examination of all medicines available in stores of the three teaching hospitals.
The step was taken after deaths of over 125 patients allegedly by the use of substandard medicines at public sector hospitals of the province particularly in Lahore. According to details, the medicines, five in number that claimed lives were provided to patients mainly by Punjab Institute of Cardiology,
