KARACHI, Feb 17: The NED University of Engineering and Technology and the directorate-general of the ports and shipping ministry signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Friday at the Sindh Governor’s House.
The MoU was inked by NED University Vice Chancellor Engr Abul Kalam and Ports and Shipping Director-General retired Vice-Admiral Azhar Shamim Anwar in the presence of Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad. Adviser to the Governor for Higher Education Dr Noushad Shaikh was also present.
