PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday directed the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to make legislation for establishing university of law in the province.
A two-member bench comprising Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan and Justice Mian Fasihul Mulk allowed the writ petition of the Peshawar High Court Bar Association (PHCBA) about establishment of the university after receiving replies from both the federal and provincial governments and hearing all the parties in the case.
