KARACHI, Feb 22: The vice chancellor of the NED University of Engineering and Technology, Engineer Abul Kalam, on Wednesday awarded certificates to 33 newly-inducted teachers who recently participated in “the professional competency enhancement programme for teachers” held at the university in collaboration with the National Academy of Higher Education.
